Pricing terms and conditions
The holiday and flight prices we publish on our website can change at any point up to payment being made and the booking confirmed. Prices and offers shown on our deals pages are not ‘live’ but are updated regularly. When you make a search on our website for a specific holiday or flight our website will then check the live availability and price with our suppliers, therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed. All prices and holidays are subject to availability. Selected airlines may apply fuel supplements due to increased fuel costs. The prices we advertise will include these costs but they may appear separately on your booking.
Telephone bookings are excluded from the price match guarantee
Please note a fee will be applied to all telephone bookings.
Price match guarantee
If you find a like-for-like airfare cheaper through a UK high street agency, online agent or non-airline call centre, we will guarantee to match the price.
Before booking the airfare you must obtain a printed confirmation of the lower fare from the competitor on headed paper or take a screenshot of their web page. This must include air fare price, travel dates and times, airline name, flight number and number of passengers.
Please send the lower quote/screenshot by e-mail to us at email@example.com with the details for us to match the quote. We will then validate the quote and if successfully validated, we will make the Netflights.com booking for you.
• Price match guarantee is specifically for scheduled flights only.
• Applies to fares for the identical long haul flights, including airline, departure date, departure times, flight number and booking class.
• We will match any price that is lower than our price for exactly the same flights, provided you supply proof of a like-for-like quote to us at the time of requesting to book with us. Any cheaper prices found after you book will not be considered.
• Price match is based on the basic flight cost excluding Airline Failure Protection and ATOL protection contribution.
• Offer can be withdrawn/altered without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer/discount.

Baggage allowance and airline meals
Information such as Baggage Allowances and Airline Meals is updated when we are informed by the airlines. However, as we rely on third parties for this information we can only ensure we update the information when we are provided with it. We do advise that customers check directly with their chosen airline - links can be found on the Baggage allowance page
Credit card charges
Credit card charges are applied at the time of booking and we state this on the payment screen. When paying by Mastercard, Visa credit card or American Express a 2% charge applies. There is no charge when paying by debit card.
Airline Failure Protection
To enable us to replace or refund your flight arrangements if the airline you have booked with collapses, we offer the option of an Airline Protection Failure charge of £4.99 per passenger.
Promotional/Discount code terms and conditions
1. The promotional/discount code must be applied at checkout to receive your discount.
2. Expiry dates apply to all promotional/discount codes and orders must be placed by the expiry date to qualify.
3. Promotional/discount code may only be used for one booking.
4. Promotional/discount code cannot be applied retrospectively and is not combinable with any other offer.
5. In the event of any difficulty applying the promotional/discount code, please call 01772 394818 for assistance.
6. Promotional/discount codes can be paused, recalled or withdrawn at any time and any subsequent offer withdrawn without notice.
7. You must meet the terms and conditions applicable to the promotional/discount code to qualify for that offer.
8. Promotions/discounts are subject to availability.
9. Promotional/discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Promotional/discount codes are case sensitive.
11. Our standard terms and conditions apply to each individual booking.
