Atlantis the Palm - Hotel Facilities

Hotel guests may visit the nearby water-park, Aquaventure at any point during their stay at no additional cost. The waterpark includes a lazy river, a number of waterslides suitable for adults and children and even a conveyor which will take you to the top of the attractions without needing to climb the stairs! However, the biggest draw of Aquaventure is ‘The Leap of Faith’ – a 27.5 meter tall near vertical slide which takes riders underground through a transparent tunnel - where you’ll come eye to eye with sharks!

As well as the waterpark, Atlantis offers 2 swimming pools – one a relaxed zone (The Royal Pool), and one a family area (Zero Entry Pool) – both of which are open until sunset. The hotel also offers access to 2 beaches – the Aquaventure beach, and the Royal beach. Snacks and drinks are available from the Royal beach area.

If you’re looking to see marine life close up, there are a number of options open to you; from diving with the Atlantis Dive Centre which caters for all guests – whether a first time diver or already accredited. Even children can get involved, with those over 8 able to join a dive scheme! Alternatively, you may choose to experience Dolphin Bay – and the opportunity to see and swim with dolphins. A magical experience for all the family, guests can choose to play with the dolphins in shallow water, or even swim with them in one of the beautiful lagoons! If you’d rather admire the wildlife from dry land, a visit to the Lost Chambers might be in order. Explore the mysterious underwater ruins with 65,000 fish and marine creatures inhabiting the depths – or you could get a backstage tour, or even help feed some rays!

Kids will also love the dedicated Kids' Club in this amazing Dubai hotel, an area dedicated to the younger guests (3 – 12 years old) – where they can experience underwater theatre, arts and crafts or the amazing play zone. Teenagers aren’t left out either, with Club Rush – where they can play computer games, hang out with friends and even drink specially made ‘mocktails’! Parents can also organise a babysitting service within the Atlantic hotel.

Don’t worry, there’s lots going on at the Atlantis The Palm for grown-ups too! Sanctuary nightclub boasts a dance area, including a suspended catwalk, a lounge area and an outdoor terrace which hosts tents with lounge style seating – very glamorous! There’s also a Spa – Shiuiq – where you can be pampered from head to toe – from facials to pedicures! The spa also includes a gym and has fitness classes available.
