Uncapped Commission Scheme

For our Travel Sales Consultants and Sales Team Managers, the job is driven by sales and targets. When you reach or exceed your targets you are rewarded accordingly, and as the scheme is uncapped, how much you earn is really up to you!

Incentives

In the sales centre there are nearly always extra incentives and competitions in place. These are funded either by the company or our suppliers and may of our sellers have won Nintendo Wii’s, mountain bikes, TVs etc. There are always wine/beer and chocolates up for grabs too.

Familiarisation Trips

We aim to run several trips a year so that our Travel Sales Consultants get to experience the products they are selling. On a trip you will travel with the airlines we sell, visit the hotels we book, experience the sightseeing tours we offer and the find the best shops and bars to recommend to customers! These trips are based on performance and we aim to get everyone away every 2 years.

Staff Travel

We have a dedicated staff travel team who can help with discounted rates for your personal travel. Some suppliers offer special staff deals, while other products can be purchased at cost.

Pension Scheme

We have a contributory pension scheme which all permanent staff can join after successful completion of your probationary period.

Private Healthcare Scheme

Private medical insurance is available to all staff after three month’s service, offering peace of mind for any healthcare needs.

Death in Service Benefit

In the unfortunate circumstance of your death whilst employed by Netflights.com, this scheme will pay your nominated beneficiary three times your annual salary. Again you can join this scheme after three months service.

Child Care Vouchers

Netflights.com participates in this scheme to help you with a more flexible and cost effective way of paying for child care.

Car Parking

Free on-site car parking is available for all employees.

On-Site Staff Restaurant

This facility is open from 8.30am to 3.00pm and offers breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. There is also a comfortable seating area and TV for you to relax in during your breaks.

Internet Cafe

This is located in the staff restaurant to enable to you catch up on your social networking and on-line shopping during your breaks.

Shopping Events

We have exclusive visits from retailers who sell their products at discounted prices such as chocolate, jewellery, perfumes and books.

On-site Doctor's Surgery

A doctor visits once a week to help with health advice including the management of chronic conditions, minor illnesses and travel immunisations.

Dry-cleaning Service

Collections and deliveries twice a week. Pay by cheque or online
