British Airways ensures all customers are catered for no matter where they’re flying or what class they’re in. With a comprehensive selection of culinary delights, you’ll be just as amazed by what’s on your plate as what you can see from your window.
Passengers are offered a complimentary snack or meal, and bar service when flying in any variety of economy class.
World Traveller customers can enjoy a three course meal or light meal, dependent on the length of their flight. So whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner you can be satisfied whilst enjoying the range of drinks available from the amazing bar service. Dependent on your flight route there’ll also be a mid-flight snack provided.
For Euro Traveller passengers, the flight may be short, but that doesn’t mean your food has to be anything less than exquisite. Enjoy a variety of drinks and snacks from the in-flight bar service no matter how long your flight, and enjoy a three course meal on selected routes.
Although UK domestic flight passengers are only with BA for a short while; you can still enjoy a variety of snacks and drinks from the bar. If you’re with us slightly longer, then you can indulge in a hot breakfast or a sweet or savoury deli snack.
Premium economy dining
For those travelling in premium economy, you can enjoy an amazing variety of foods, whilst also indulging yourself in a drink from the complimentary bar. There are three course meals or light meals available on your flight, which have all been created by leading chefs. If you travel in the morning, start your day with either a full English or continental breakfast, along with tea, coffee and fruit juices. There’s also afternoon tea and light snacks provided during your journey as well.
With so many different business class options available, depending on the destination, there’s a variety of different culinary experiences to be had.
Those flying with Club World can enjoy either a traditional full English breakfast, or the warm delicious pastries of a continental breakfast, to kick start your day. When it comes to a main meal, some of the world’s best chefs whip up an amazing three course meal for you to enjoy, or you can help yourself to a lighter cold meal, alongside a perfectly sourced glass of wine. There’s also afternoon tea included on the afternoon flights, and if you feel like a snack between meals, help yourself to a treat from the Club Kitchen.
Flying direct to New York using Club World London City you’ll be served an appetiser and drinks on the way to Shannon, followed by a delicious meal and full bar service on the way to NYC. The first flight of the day also serves afternoon tea with a variety of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and hot drinks. On the flight from New York to London, you can either treat yourself to a night cap and snack, or indulge with our beautiful suppers before eating breakfast before landing. Comprehensive arrays of snacks are also available on both journeys.
Passengers in the Club Europe business class can enjoy an exquisite meal that’s catered specifically to the time and length of your flight. On the morning flights you can enjoy an English breakfast, or a charcuterie selection, complete with warm bread and pastries, when leaving later. Lunch and dinner comprise of a hot meal or a fresh and tasty salad, along with warm bread and a full bar service. There’s also a selection of cheeses and desserts when you’ve finished, you can also enjoy a delicious afternoon tea complete with sandwiches, scones and tea.
First class dining
Flying first class will ensure you a whole host of indulgent gastronomic feasts, prepared by some of the world’s leading chefs. With an exclusive menu, designed to highlight classic British dishes with an emphasis on the simplicity, taste, freshness and all round quality; you are in for a treat.
Enjoy your food at a time that suits you before you tuck into a beautiful starter as your chosen main course is prepared. Following your main enjoy a dessert, before sampling the carefully chosen cheese, fresh fruit and delicious chocolate. For lighter meals, you can also choose from a range of soups, salads, pasta and hot sandwiches if a three course meal isn’t quite your thing.
As a first class passenger you’ll also be treated to a classic full English breakfast in the mornings, which also comes with a lighter option, and offers an array of smoothies, juices, cereals, yoghurts and pastries. If you’d prefer to sleep longer then you can opt for the express breakfast, which will be served closer to landing.
Finally there’s also afternoon tea provided, with a variety of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, scones, and delicious teas, allowing you to indulge in a British tradition in the middle of the sky.
For those who require any specific foods then these need to be organised at least 48 hours before your flight. This can be done through the ‘Manage my Booking’ section online, as soon as your booking with BA has been confirmed.
