Seat pitch in economy is a minimum of 31 inches. There are also extra legroom seats available which offer up to an additional 3 inches of legroom – these need to be booked prior to boarding and will incur a charge of £30. Each seat in Economy comes with a seatback TV with a range of channels. Some flights also include a seatback video games console. All meals in economy are complimentary and a range of drinks are also included in the fare. Kosher and gluten-free meals are also available but will need to be booked pre-flight.

Seats in premium economy are wider, at 21 inches across. The seat pitch is 38 inches ensuring passengers have ample legroom and an additional two degrees of recline. Seat in Premium Economy also have a seatback TV, which offers the latest blockbuster movies, the hottest TV shows, video games and up to 14 audio channels ranging from pop to classical. Upper class seats turn into a fully flat bed at the touch of a button, with dimensions of 79.5 inches long and 33 inches wide. Seats on the upper deck of aircraft turn into slightly longer beds (82 inches). Upper class seats come with their own power supply for charging personal devices. Suites in Upper Class have plenty of room for informal meetings, with a large desk, and a 10.4inch multi-directional TV screen. Upper Class passengers also have access to a chauffeur, drive through check-in and private security channels – although these depend on the airport you’re departing from. Upper Class passengers are able to eat when they choose – from a three course meal just after take-off to a snack and drink at the upper class bar.
