The Palm Seafood Pavilion will tempt you with wonderful fresh fish, as you sit next to the Gulf of Siam in a classic colonial pavilion. The ultimate in luxury dining, the Palm Pavilion is regarded as Hua Hin’s premier fine dining destination.

Outdoors, on the Palm Terrace, the menu has both international and Asian choices, not to mention spectacular views of the Gulf of Siam. Not far from the waves, enjoy an international lunch menu, fresh cocktails and late snacks in the afternoon.

For Thai cuisine, it has to be Salathai with the authentic flavours of ‘Old Siam’ to the fore. Nestled amongst tropical gardens, waterfalls and fish ponds, it’s just across the road from the hotel.

The Museum, located in the original hotel lobby really highlights the classic atmosphere of an elegant bygone era. Good for coffee, tea and baked delicacies.

A colonial-era bar in its style and décor, the Elephant Bar is a must for its signature cocktail: a Heritage Fizz.

If Japanese food is more to your taste, Hagi is the name to conjure with. Located on one of Hua Hin’s liveliest street corners, with great views of the bustling night life, it blends traditional and modern Japanese cuisines.

If you prefer to eat more privately, there is in-room dining, from an a la carte menu , 24 hours a day.
