There’s nothing more inspiring than seeing a destination through the eyes of people who have already experienced it, which is just one of the reasons that we’re so addicted to keeping updated with our favourite travel blogs! We’ve been incredibly impressed this week by the photos of Havana from Erin McNeaney and Simon Fairbairn, whose images of Cuba’s capital city are vibrant and give a real feel for the destination.
Erin and Simon took their photos of Havana as part of their worldwide travel as ‘digital nomads’; they sold everything they owned and left the UK two years ago because, as their blog says, “life is short and the world is small”. They are proponents of the slow travel movement and write about their experiences over at NeverEndingVoyage.com. Not only have they already visited 29 different countries, but they’ve also managed to develop iOS apps to make the lives of other travellers easier.
Erin and Simon are currently house-sitting a beautiful little casita on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, and we can’t wait to see where they’ll visit next!
