There are two restaurants on property. The meals in the main restaurant are a mixture of buffet and à la carte options and feature a fusion of Caribbean and International cuisine. There is also a children’s menu and vegetarian menu options available. Reservations are required for lunch & dinner. The à la carte restaurant, Noir by Jason Howard, is open five days a week for dinner only and some items will have a supplemental charge. Reservations are required. No children under 12 years are allowed in the à la carte Restaurant.
