The balance of the cost of your travel arrangements must be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of your departure date, the total cost of your travel arrangements must be paid at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION. **The COVID Pledge covers package holiday bookings that are booked through the call centre, it is not valid on flight-only bookings or package holidays booked on the website. Cover is valid for new bookings that were made on/after 1st January 2021. The cover cannot be added retrospectively to bookings made before this date. You are covered up to a maximum of £5,000 per person, as per the value shown on the original Netflights invoice/confirmation at the time of booking. Cover is valid only for items and components as detailed on your original booking confirmation from Netflights. Any components that are added, amended or rebooked at a later date are not covered.
