If your holiday* (flight and hotel) booking is made more than 10 weeks before the intended departure date, you may pay a deposit as required by us and/or the supplier of the services for the arrangements in questions, the amount of which will be advised at the time of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking what payment is required for your particular arrangements.
The balance of the cost of your travel arrangements must be paid within 10 weeks before the departure date. If your booking is made within 10 weeks of your intended departure date, the total cost of your travel arrangements must be paid at the time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION.
