What is an e-ticket?
Your e-ticket or ‘electronic ticket passenger travel document’ is the document you will need to take with you to the airport to check-in for your flight. This has replaced the traditional paper ticket. Open 'What do my documents look like?' above to see example.
-
Is my e-ticket my boarding pass and if not, when will I receive my boarding pass?
Your e-ticket is a separate document to your boarding pass. Your boarding pass can be obtained either through online check-in directly on the airline’s website, or if this facility is not available with the airline, directly at the time of check-in. Please note that most low-cost airlines insist that online check-in is completed and boarding pass printed prior to arrival at the airport.
-
What reference do I need to access the airline’s website?
You will find the information you need to access the airline’s website on your e-ticket, under airline information. Open 'What do my documents look like?' above to see example.
-
Do I need to print my documents?
Yes. Occasionally airlines may issue a paper ticket, which is an old-style cardboard ticket/coupon. If you have a paper ticket, this must be presented at the airport otherwise you will not be able to board the plane. Some of our suppliers are required to collect your travel vouchers on redemption of the service they are providing, so it is important that prior to travel you ensure that you hold a paper copy of all relevant travel documents to exchange at the point of check-in or rental collection.
-
I think part/something is missing from my documents, what do I do?
It’s really important that you have the correct information on your documents, and you are in possession of all your travel vouchers. Please call our dedicated customer service teams; for online bookings please call 01772 386366 and for telephone bookings please call 0203 139 7579.
-
When will I get hotel, tour, car parking and/or transfer vouchers?
We will send your invoice via email within 24 hours of you confirming your booking.
Please note all documentation should be taken with you on your trip. Although some suppliers do not require the voucher to be presented on arrival, the majority will require this as form of payment. For customers with pre-arranged tours or transfers it is advisable that you reconfirm pick up times with the supplier locally.
-
When will I get my car hire voucher?
