Cancelling your booking - FAQs

1. How much will it cost to cancel my booking?

a) Package holidays
More than 70 days prior to departure deposit only.
70 - 57 days the higher of 30% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
56 - 29 days the higher of 50% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
28 - 15 days the higher of 70% of the total cost or loss of deposit
14 days or less 100% of total cost.

b) For accommodation only bookings
More than 70 days prior to departure deposit only.
70 - 57 days the higher of 30% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
56 - 29 days the higher of 60% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
28 - 8 days the higher of 80% of the total cost or loss of deposit.
7 days or less 100% of total cost.

c) Single component
If you need to cancel you must contact us. Many of our flight fares are subject to airline terms which mean they have no refund value at all if cancelled. Please check with us before booking.

Except for ‘accommodation only’: Cancellation charges vary depending on the services booked and will be higher the later you cancel and will be advised at the time of booking. In all cases a minimum cancellation fee of £50 will apply.

*Please note some airlines will class the booking as a ‘no-show ‘and levy 100% cancellation penalty if cancelled within 24 hours of departure*

3. How do I cancel my booking?

Should you wish to cancel your booking please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you accordingly. For online bookings please call 01772 386366 and for Netflights Holidays bookings beginning with the reference of PR call 0843 178 6649 (calls cost 7p min plus your phone company's access charge).

4. I need to cancel my booking due to illness or bereavement

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your arrangements due to illness or bereavement, please advise our Customer Service representative at the time. It is possible that some suppliers may offer a refund outside the standard terms and conditions of the purchased services.

Should you wish to claim a refund due to this, supporting documentation will be required and will be advised to you are the time of cancellation.

5. Will I get a refund when I cancel my booking?

Any refund will depend on the cost of cancellation as per Netflights.com’s terms and conditions, and you will be advised of these at the time of cancellation.

6. I am expecting a refund, when will I receive this?

Once a refund has been processed this can take up to 5 working days to show as a credit to your account.
