Meals onboard - FAQs
1. How do I pre-book my meal on-board my flight?
If you have a special meal requirement you can request this on the airline’s website using the reference number at the top of your e-ticket (airline info) alternatively e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will enter your request into the booking. Please note meal requests cannot be guaranteed.
2. Will I be charged for my meals?
The majority of long haul scheduled flights will include a meal, however some will charge locally. Please check with your airline.
3. Do I need to pre-book my meals?
If a meal is included with your flight a standard meal will be provided. If you require a special meal your request needs to be sent to the airline no later than 72 hours prior to departure.
4. I have a food allergy how to I advise the airline?
We have a dedicated reduced mobility team who can help with this, they can be contacted on 0800 093 4660
5. Will my infant be provided with a meal?
The majority of airlines will not provide a meal for an infant. Please ensure you take baby milk and food with you.
