Thomas Cook statement

Netflights ceased to be a part of Thomas Cook Group in 2014, when our parent company, Gold Medal Travel, became part of the dnata Group, owned by the Emirates Group. We are not affected by the news of Thomas Cook’s liquidation today and are operating as normal.

Following the unfortunate news of Thomas Cook’s liquidation, we are currently in the process of contacting all of our customers who have booked flights through Netflights with Thomas Cook, either as a flight-only or as part of one of our holiday packages.

This includes customers who are currently on holiday and those due to depart in the coming weeks and months. If your enquiry is urgent, please call the following numbers:

We would also urge customers currently overseas to check https://thomascook.caa.co.uk/  for advice, and only go to the airport once they have an alternative flight confirmed, or to call the Civil Aviation Authority’s 24-hour helpline on 0300 303 2800 from the UK and Ireland, and +44 1753 330 330 from overseas, for further updates.
