Wheelchairs are available, without any additional charge, but one must be requested at either the time of booking or 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers will be expected to look after themselves during the flight; however cabin crew will assist passengers to their seats and the aircrafts toilets.

If the passenger is bringing their own wheelchair onto the plane, the wheelchairs measurements must be given at the time of the booking so necessary arrangements can be made.

Thai Airways also provide escorts to the plane for passengers in need of assistance, such as unaccompanied minors, young passengers and in medical cases.
