Half Term Holidays
Grab a getaway while the kids are off school

How to bag a cheap half term holiday
Book early. Secure lower prices before demand spikes - and get in there with a low deposit!
Consider self catering. Self catering, room-only holidays are cheaper to book, but you'll need more spending money to cover food.
Try booking mid-week. Don't tell the headteacher we said this, but flying a day or so before the half term begins will mean you get a cheaper departing flight, and maybe a cheaper room night or two before demand begins.
Fly awkward hours. Night flights aren't easy with children. But you can save money on your airline tickets if you choose times that are less desirable.
Watch out for airline sales. Sometimes the airlines launch sales for particular routes and / or dates during peak travel times. So keep an eye out to potentially snag a great deal.
Stay outside the main area. There are great hotels beyond the outskirts of the main tourist destinations - and fewer crowds, too. Hire a car and enjoy cheaper prices without missing out.
Get our emails. Our emails are full of the latest sales, airline deals and just plane (sorry) good prices. They go out 2 or 3 times a week, so get yourself signed up!
