Amendments and credit notes

  • If you have requested an amendment to your booking, we are processing these in date order and will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your alternative flights and holidays bookings. Please check the Airline's amendment policy below and ensure that you have completed the amendment form.
  • This applies for all flight-only and package (flights + hotels and/or car hire, purchased at the same time) bookings.
  • If you are in possession of a credit note, then please keep this document until you are ready to rebook, and contact us using the amendment form.
If you are due to travel outside the next two months, please do not contact us yet as we are prioritising customers with imminent travel dates.
