How to book a group holiday

• Who can book a group a holiday?

  When you make a group holiday booking, you’ll choose a Lead Passenger. They will receive the tickets and documentation. Any changes to the booking, like adding or removing passengers, changing passenger details or making changes to the accommodation will need to come from the Lead Passenger.

• Who can pay for a group booking?

  If you choose to pay for your holiday in monthly instalments, the Lead Passenger will be responsible for payment. Only the Lead Passenger can make payments, unless they authorise somebody else to make payments on their behalf.

• Can I make a deposit for a group holiday?

  Yes, you can book your holiday with a deposit when you call us. Deposits start at £49pp for package bookings, and £30pp for hotel only bookings.

• Can I pay for a group holiday in instalments?

  Yes. You can pay more towards your holiday whenever you like by calling your booking agent on their direct line. The full balance of the booking must be paid 12 weeks before the departure date.

• When do I need to pay?

  Full payment for the holiday is required 12 weeks before departure. If you want to make extra payments, or pay the full amount early, the Lead Passenger (or authorised persons) can call their booking agent on their direct line.

• Can we all be on the same flight?

  Yes. If some members of the group want to be on a different flight, that can be arranged too.

• Can we get seats next to each other?

  Yes – you’ll choose your own seats under the booking reference.

• If we book a hotel, can we all get rooms next to each other?

  Possibly – we’ll do our best. The hotel decides room allocations, so we’ll need to speak to them. Some travellers choose to speak to the hotel directly themselves after booking, which is fine too.
