Glasgow Airport Information
Glasgow Airport has a single terminal building, separated into three piers. All of these are connected to the central SkyHub area which contains security and a large duty free shopping area. The terminal is unique in that when additional space was required, a new structure was built around the original Basil Spense building to preserve the architecture. The bulk of the shops and other facilities are now contained in the SkyHub area. The three piers are organised into West for international flights, Central for domestic flights, and East, which deals with low cost, Ireland and Scottish internal/island flights. Glasgow Airport has one onsite hotel and a range of other accommodation options nearby.
