Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi - Dining Options

There is a unique selection of eating and drinking options at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi.

With a philosophy that aims to ‘awaken all the senses’ there are seven places to enjoy a meal, a drink, a real quality food experience, often with an open kitchen.

Head for Bussola on the beach for a delicious taste of Italy, surrounded by the tranquil waters of the Gulf with magnificent views. For something more casual and al fresco, head up to the pizza lounge above the restaurant.

The Blue Orange is a spectacular dining experience, with a buffet approach fed by live cooking stations. Prepared in front of you, tuck into your selected dish from a host of Japanese, Arab, or Chinese choices. With rich, fresh Belgian waffles for dessert!

Steak lovers should head straight for Hunter’s Room and Grill. Feast on the finest well-aged, grain-fed beef from Scotland, Australia, or the USA. All cooked dramatically in an open kitchen.

Roaring woks, dancing grills and steam baskets bring you the flavours of Thailand at the Spice Emporium, again with an open kitchen.

You can sip fine wines, and nibble on wonderful cheeses, in the Oeno Wine Bar. Tapas are served too.

The Atrium is the ideal place for casual meetings, a relaxing moment of luxury whilst you enjoy a high tea, snacks, or rare delicacies from Jing or Sin, the in-house tea house and chocolatier.

From early till late afternoon, you can have a drink or a bite to eat at the Pool Bars.

It’s worth remembering that Bubbaliscious brunches are a great attraction on Fridays. With entertainment laid on, it’s great for all ages. The Blue Orange, Hunter’s Room and Spice Emporium all run brunches. Book ahead to ensure your Friday feast.
