The 135 rooms at the Metropolitan Hotel Deira let you choose from two standards of room, junior suites or one extra-special ‘super suite’. A superior room (air-conditioned like the entire hotel, of course) comes with TV and cable channels, internet access, fax, safe, minibar and hairdryer. It’s all very spacious and comfortable, with either a king-sized bed, double or twin beds, as well as a pair of easy chairs. The bathroom has a full-size bath, shower and all toiletries.

If you step up to a Deluxe room, there are added extras like free wine and water, a fresh fruit basket, complimentary tea and coffee, as well as free internet access.
A junior suite is bigger still, and, in addition to all the features of a Deluxe room, features a sofa and coffee table in the seating area.
The Deira suite tops the lot with a separate sitting room with a dresser, three-seater sofa and two easy chairs around the coffee table.
