I have a Hotel reservation: can I cancel or change it?

If you have a booking made before 21 January 2026 with a reference starting "BND", please call 01772 386366 or click here to manage it. If your reservation was confirmed after 21 January 2026 : You can cancel it by accessing the cancellation link found in the confirmation email and from your profile under the Sign in section. If you want to modify your reservation, you can do so for free from your profile or by calling us at 0204 600 0046. If you request the cancellation or modification of your hotel by phone, there will be a management fee of 12 GBP.
