I have a Hotel reservation: can I cancel or change it?

Please contact us for any request you may have. You can cancel your reservation by accessing the cancellation link found in the confirmation email and from your profile under the Sign in section. If you want to modify your reservation, you can do so for free from your profile or by calling us at 0204 600 0046. If you request the cancellation or modification of your hotel by phone, there will be a management fee of 12 GBP.
