Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin - In the Know

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin offers a number of ways to make your stay extra special – if you know about them!

Here are our insider’s secrets for the hotels:

- Both hotels have a dress code which should be followed in certain areas; this includes business casual attire in the following restaurants - Shula’s Steakhouse, Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino New York Trattoria and Kimonos. Casual attire is required in these restaurants – Fresh Mediterranean Market, Garden Grove, The Fountain and Picabu’s. Swimwear and casual attire can only be worn in these restaurants; Splash Grill, Splash Terrace and Cabana Bar & Beach Club.

- Hotel rooms have the capability to plug your iPad or iPad2 into the TV sets – meaning you can enjoy all of your music, movies and media from your iPad on the big flat screen TVs!

- As in many Disney hotels, resorts and theme parks, there are a number of hidden Mickeys in both hotels. These are images, statues or other ways of representing the Mickey Mouse symbol within the décor, architecture or gardens. For a hint, take a look at the bridge between the Swan and the Dolphin, and whilst in the Garden Grove restaurant, check out the top of the dome.
