London departures to Brisbane

DestinationFromDestinationFrom
London Heathrow London Gatwick
Manchester Birmingham

All of the UK’s major airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, offer such flights, which are likely to include a stopover in China, Malaysia or the United Arab Emirates. Sometimes, paying a little extra can help cut travel time by as much as 15 hours, or even more.

Once you land in Brisbane, there’s plenty to keep you occupied within the city limits and beyond. The city centre, or CBD, is fairly condensed for a major city, meaning it’s easy to navigate and retain your bearings.

The Riverside area is great for bars and restaurants. This can be found on the northern bank of the river, just a short stroll from busy spots such as Queen Street and Elizabeth Street; which offer many shopping opportunities, such as the vast Queen Street Mall.

The South Bank area is a cultural hotspot. Here you'll find excellent museums and galleries such as the Queensland Museum, while the precinct is also equipped with numerous bars, restaurants and cafes; in addition to the city’s lagoon and open air cinema.

To the south of the city you'll find the Gold Coast and beachside spots, such as Byron Bay. To the north is the Sunshine Coast, including the elegant town of Noosa and Fraser Island. The possibilities opened up by flights to Brisbane are both vast and magnificent.
